- Attendant Information: We collect the name and phone number (WhatsApp number) of the attendant(s) authorized to operate the Service for a specific parking lot.
B. Information Pertaining to End Customers (Drivers):
- Vehicle Information: Our clients (attendants/owners) provide us with the vehicle number of the cars and bikes that use their parking facility.
- Transaction Data: We collect and process data related to each parking session, including start time, end time, duration, and the calculated fee.
- Payment Information: When a payment is processed via our integrated payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay), we receive a transaction ID and confirmation of payment status. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card details, bank account numbers, or other sensitive financial information.

- To provide, operate, and maintain our Service.
- To process transactions and send notifications related to those transactions to our clients (owners/attendants).
